And my favorite - he built us a sitting area in the front of our home where he poured concrete and then cut it apart so we could have specific seating areas framed around the firepit and planter areas - big project. And so special!

“Winter of 2021, I noticed water leaking from our shower into our crawl space. It was a difficult situation since we had just replaced the shower 2 years ago. The shower work was faulty from the person who had done it in 2019. I contacted Elton Custom Building and Repair. Dugan Elton answered the phone. Dugan promptly came to assess the situation. He assured me that he could replace the floor under the shower as it had been destroyed by water damage. He also assured me he had the correct training and credentials for new shower install. With the certified plumbing and contracting licensing he is also proficient in the waterproofing system by Schluter. This company’s product is guaranteed not to leak when used correctly under shower tile. While in our crawl space he noticed our floor supports were insufficient. The floor joists had been placed too far apart. Dugan gave me a bid to repair the support issues under our house. He carefully and professionally removed and replaced our shower and rotted floor. Dugan fixed our week floor supports, this repair was completed in 3 days. Dugan then removed and replaced the shower, the floor under the shower. This is as a 4 day process. All work done was exceptional, done in a timely manner, and no surprises that he couldn’t fix. We are so happy with the time frame and quality of work done. So nice to have a professional that works everyday until the job is correctly completed. We will use Elton custom construction again for any repair or renovations our home may need.”
